To return your EMC2 Acne Cream and get your money back, please follow the instructions described below:

• 1. Contact Customer Service at contact@emc2acne.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number before you return   your purchase. Include your order number so we can verify your purchase.

 

• 2. You will be emailed a Packing Slip. Complete the Packing Slip. Be sure to include the Return Authorization Number given to you by our Customer Service Representative. Returns cannot be issued without a Packing Slip.

 

• 3. Package your return items in the original packaging and enclose the completed Packing Slip. In order to insure your return remains eligible for a refund, be sure your package is postmarked 60 days from the Ship Date as indicated on the Packing Slip. Also be sure to include reason for return.
